::The folks working at this branch work efficiently (so if you're looking to spend a long time chit-chatting with them, this may not be the place for you). I've been in a bunch of times and they've been courteous, respectful and worked through my issues quickly trying to get me the best-priced shipping for what I'm sending. They also helped me when I was having an issue with my cluster-box mailbox key not working, reaching out to the maintenance crew and getting me a replaced lock really quickly. While I wish that I could pick up my mail when I've paused delivery from this location (instead of the Brooklyn/Curtis Bay office), that's out of the hands of the kind folks that work here.

::Got there at 4:50 today and they were already closed. Online says they are open until 5. Change your hours if you aren’t going to honor 5pm… especially during the holidays. The employees are usually extremely rude and just flat out ignore their customers. Customer service isn’t at all offered at this post office location. They seemed bothered by their job and continue on amongst themselves in personal conversations without ever addressing the customer. Overall weird environment, and not professional. If you hate your job, at least pretend you don’t if it’s in customer service…

::If I could give no stars I would. This is the only office in Fed. Only 1 person is always working the front who is essentially shouting at the customers coming in line for the following reasons. 1. The label printer is not working (which essentially means pre paid shipping for packages only) every time I’ve gone inside this is always the case 2. No tape is available to ensure proper packaging (even if this means you need 3 inches of tape in my case you still have to buy the whole $4 roll). Come to find out after being yelled at in line so I left for another USPS and they follow the same tape practice, I gave in and so offered others in line said needed tape they only needed inches of. This specific post office is essentially only responsible for organizing pre paid shipped packages and selling stamps and also among terrible service and communication, no internet so cash only, always a line and sometimes not even open during said business hours.

::From out of town visiting Baltimore. Needed to mail some letters. Dropped off letters to the counter and one would think I asked the postal worker to give me her right arm. Obvious that there is little customer satisfaction at the Post Office!

::This post office is always closed during operating hours. The employees are always late.
