Bent Strings Rusty Car (guitarbird)
::I had a package not get delivered at my apartment(they never knocked or rang the doorbell and I was even home at the time.) Tracking said it was sent to the Allston post office. I've gone twice and both times they are closed in the middle of the day with no explanation. I'm left with no idea how to get my package from them.

::I never write one star reviews. But this is egregious. They guy here seems to have never grown out of high school bully phase. You will be yelled at. You will be made fun of by the guy here. Just avoid it. At all costs.
Joseph Thompson
::Yep. Gonna have to agree about the guy kicked back in his chair yelling condescending orders to customers. He has no business working in any customer service capacity. Based on other reviews I donβt understand how he is employed there. Must be a DeJoy hire. He sure acts like he hates his POB.
Caasi
::He's actually a nice guy once you start talking to him. Besides that he's well informed and gets the job done. Also, you need to scan a card to enter the building. Kindly ask a student or knock; and don't forget to say thank you!
Paola Rojas
::I never leave reviews but this is the worst employer I have ever encountered in my life. He was very disrespectful and kicked me out when I told him I didn't have my pick up slip. Please avoid going there, it seems like the guy doesn't care about customer service and the management wont do anything about it.
