  The phone is disconnected and my mail has been lost for several days. Terrible service and definitely makes me wish I had paid to have my package delivered via UPS or Fedex.

  Worst automated phone service ever ...... impossible to actually speak to a person. Add to this that although there is a post office 5 min walk from my house I have to drive 25 min to pick up something that has to be signed for at a different location...i am betting that I drive out there and since I couldn't reach anyone to make sure it is there.....I will just be wasting a lot of time. ....boo

  I have repeatedly asked them to deliver packages around back, I've even put a sign on my mailbox, but the concept seems too tough to understand. I live downtown in the south hill neighborhood, with a homeless shelter down the road. To date, TEN packages have been stolen from my porch, set where everyone who walks down the road can see them. It's getting ridiculous. And expensive.

  My favorite post office. Everyone is always so nice when I stop in and I love that they are open until 8:00 pm Mon.-Fri. It is so convenient!
