::We had passport situation where our passport was tracking to deliver on or after the date of our flight, on the morning of our flight it was showing at the Bolingbrook facility. Darwin at the facility was very helpful and funny and helped me find the passport on time for my family to make it to the airport. He is a great representative of the USPS and a more wonderful person! God bless you and your family Darwin!

::This branch is woefully understaffed and I don't imagine that changing any time soon. It is best to do as much as you can self-serve. I gave them two stars because the people can very nice when you interact with them one-on-one. It is obvious they are doing what they can and are not going to extend themselves. I don't see the work conditions as optimal.

::Should receive a package from Nashville. Everything went smoothly until Bolingbrook post office should deliver it the last 600 yards. Address unknown. No message at all just that they had returned it the same hour🥶🥶🥶🥶🥶 Two other packages was delivered to that address one and two days before but with UPS UPS delivered just fine I am NOT happy with the US mail🥺

::Every so many orders I buy from Amazon my package will never arrive or envelopes will becoming missing. These orders are shipped through usps through 3 party sellers on amazon and I have a feeling this location is stealing my mail. Very aggravating as I have either gifts or important stuff I collect. Happened with my family members as well. I do not want to get my account flagged for so many returns due to a post office that can’t send a simple piece of mail.
