::Fre’doncha (cha) was absolutely AMAZING at the faulkenburg Postal office,Amazing work ethic beautiful soul!! I went in Thursday with questions about an expected delivery of baby chickens, she took my number and kept me updated. I tried calling the main number before that and could not get a live person but Cha kept me updated days leading up to my delivery and today my chicks arrived and she messaged me at 6 am to let me know which was so important because they need heat water and food ASAP anyhow she was a sweetheart to my ten year old also who wanted to bring her donuts today so we did . Anyhow amazing service because of her ❤️

::They have you at their Mercy and they know it. Absolutely terrible customer experience! Im completely disappointed at how my hard earned tax dollars are spent on public services that treat people like this. There's nothing you can do about it, if you have to go there please be patient!

::I waited until 8:50am and nobody ever opened up the counter area. Hours posted on the door said they open at 8:30. Hours on website say they open at 8:30. Rang the bell, knocked on the wall, nobody ever came out. 6 people waiting when I finally left. Unreal!

::I have no problem with this place. Very efficient. It's a great place to apply for your passport. And yes they do passport photos also.

::If I could leave 0 stars, I would gladly do so. I am not the one to write a lot of reviews — let alone bad ones. Came to this location around 1:05pm and did not pay and leave until 1:33pm. The line was out of the door (some even hopped out of line) and there were only 2 workers. 1 working assisting with a customer who had a language barrier and the other one moving as slow as molasses. There is absolutely no sense of urgency at this location.
