Interior is quite grand. Service was good, but they didn't even have a full sheet of 10 international stamps.

Summary of my Experience: 1) A Supervisor took my concern about a package the post office's 1-800 number said was at the facility and went to search. He returns 15 minutes later and begins helping other customers. I approach him and inquire about the package and am told "the system says it here, but we can't find it". Our governments logistics specialist have lost a box in a building? Concerning... 2) I inquire further and he gives me a number for another Supervisor so i request a document stating it's current status in the event the person I'm calling asks. He takes about another 15 minutes to go in back and returns with a print out. I am informed they do not know where the package may be sent until the receiving post office scans the item. He informs he according to his page, they are the receiving post office and is unable to explain what this means. I ask again where they are returning it to and he says they don't have a way to look that up until they receive the package. I find this hard to believe as he has just told me they are both the sender and the receiver for this shipment. 3) I request a copy of the print out to reference during the call to the phone number provided in case they inquire. He tells me the document is internal and they are unable to provide any documentation of the package's current status. When i requested to speak with is manager to see if they had access to further information he may not have, the supervisor seemed to get angry over the request, refused to contact a manger, and repeated the instruction to contact the number and someone may contact me tomorrow. I am now expected to contact this number with no proof of the progress made by the post office to help locate the package... Although i hoped to pick up my package, I understand it may have been shipped and i may have to continue contacting people to locate the package. What i do not understand is why the Post Office is unable to provide any information on the packages whereabouts. I now feel lied to, infuriated, and similar to as if the package was stolen. Looking back on the experience, I now doubt any effort was made to locate the package. In comparison, I contacted Amazon and within 10 minutes they were able to offer multiple solutions. This experience may explain why the Post Office is gradually losing customers - something like this seems like a comedic textbook example on how to provide atrocious customer service, not something someone should expect from a government office. Since the supervisor refused to provide contact information for any of this superiors, i would greatly appreciate being contacted but have little faith this matter will be handled any further than this review.

I wish I could leave negative stars for this post office. The management for delivery sucks and so does the drivers. I am not one to really complain unless I've been driven to the point of no return. How does the same post office have 3 failed attempts at delivering my one package? Idiots! The first driver attempted to deliver my package on a Saturday but updated the status of my package as "Business closed/No access" but my work's doors are open from 8-6pm on Saturdays. The 2nd attempt, which was Monday, the driver now updated the status to "Address Undeliverable" ?? Now the address does not exist?? So I called the customer service line to have the package re-delivered. Confirmed that my address was VALID and there was nothing even off about it. Here we go now on the redelivery day. . 3rd attempt. I saw the driver and he did not even have my package with him. He gave me the number to his boss to call. I called him and it took him 5 minutes to find my package. For some dumb reason it was sitting by itself in a random spot in the office now. So now I have to wait for a 4th attempt for my package. I have now waited 2 weeks after the shipment date from the vendor I purchased my product from. I think anyone would be pissed knowing that they have an expensive product just floating around the metro area with dumb workers who don't know how to work a gps or even try to look for the address. The boss had no remorse too. He just said they would make a 4th attempt but I know that is no guarantee. I am still waiting for my damn package. Bastards!

Found in the beautiful main floor of the art deco style post office, this place is posh. Besides the beauty of the attention to detail of the architecture, the post office is slow and the lines are formed in the hallways. The workers are nice but there is no pep in their step, moving only slightly faster than your average DMV speed. As you approach the behemoth building the fastest way to the line is using the left set of doors, using that enterance you pass the automated machine option and displays of stamps. The passport office window is on that side too. The other entry has faster access to alcoves of PO boxes. I found street parking right in front but there is also a small garage made for those trying to use the post office again to the left. The pop up displays in the office area have just about everything you would expect for your mailing needs.
