  The line is out the door..with only one person handling customers. You can here laughing and casual conversations of postal employees in the back, out of sight. It is a shame that the United States Postal service does not value the time of its own citizens!

  I came in around 4:30 on a Monday afternoon. The line moved along pretty quickly although I thought I'd have to wait a while. Everyone on staff was friendly and willing to help. Victor was the teller I spoke with to send off my package and he's unbelievably friendly for how busy it got. I made a comment about it and he genuinely smiles and says "We're used to it like this!". His rapid service, friendly attitude and helpful guidance are much appreciated. Victor kept professional and was kind despite the line growing and almost being done with his shift. Spectacular service!

  Why on earth do you have a phone if you can't pick it. It is annoying, frustrating and bloody unprofessional. When we are still at it, how long does it take to deliver or alternatively communicate to have a parcel picked? You should get a zero star. Freaking hell.

  Ed was extremely helpful in extending my forward mail request. I appreciate him taking the time rather than directing me to call the 800 number again in which I have had no response. Thank you again Ed.

  My experience with this post office has been good. Service is efficient and fast. If you just have to drop something off really fast the staff has let me go ahead of the line.
