  Horrible! I did not think there was anyone in the entire industry as unprofessional as the manager of this location turned out to be. I not only would never go to this site again, I went so far as to contact their corporate headquarters to let them know about him. The rest of the staff were pretty helpful, and actually seemed to be embarrassed by his behavior.
