::A few months ago we purchased a 2014 Kia Forte from this location. We requested on numerous occasions for the service/maintenance schedule records and copies of all the paperwork I had to sign and fill out at time of sale. I still have not received anything they promised (paperwork, spare tire, etc.) and to add insult to injury come to find out by my car nearly catching fire and malfunctioning, my car is part of a recall. We are only the second owners of this vehicle. When I returned after my car had to be towed to Kia, United pre-owned told me it wasn't their responsibility, but according to the law It was and they should have had it returned to kia for replacement and they should have informed us at the time of purchase. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. All we've had is empty promises and lies and they never should have even sold us a faulty car. Nevada has lemon laws and believe that there will be a lawsuit to follow.

::My boyfriend and I went here looking for a SUV. Our salesman showed us a Ford Explorer that was 7/10. We had a decent experience, He was kind enough to take us to another lot and showed us all that they had but nothing seemed available or in our price range. Towards the end of our visit we sat down to consider the explorer that I barely liked. He presented a piece of paper with the price raised 1k. The car had big stickers that said it was $8998. But on Paper it was $9998. When I asked why he said "its all the extras". I found it odd that the unexplained "extras" were exactly 1k and the other two charges were itemized but also abrieviated so we had no idea what they were. It was then that i felt we were being taken advantage of as they didn't even show us a breakdown of what we were paying or the amount we had to pay in interest. It seemed super sketchy which is odd because we chose this place because its a Certified Dealer. We walked away from the sale because i had a feeling something was off about the whole thing. I was really offended when they raised the price. We barely wanted it in the first place and it made me feel like they assumed we were dumb. Wont be returning and will be informing our friends not to shop at this particular location. The selection is scarce if your seeking a SUV, Truck or Van they had alot of cars however.

::I looked at a car they had advertised online. The car I wanted was advertised online for over 130 days. I sent in an inquiry about the car online and a woman named Elizabeth contacted me several times to ensure that I would come in their store to look at the car I inquired about. It is a 2006 Nissan Sentra 1.8 S for $4,999. She called me about an hour before I came to the store to ensure I would be coming in to look at the car. I went into the shop and Matt, their sales rep, immediately had me fill out paperwork before asking questions about the car I was looking for. When I told him about the car I wanted to purchase, he tried to talk me into a different car. I made it clear that I was only interested in the car I had inquired about online. He left us for a minute and came back and said the car was at their other location. I then asked him for the address and he left again. When he came back, he said that the car was sold. I find it very unlikely that a car that was in their shop for over 130 days was sold within the hour that they called me to come to their store. I am currently looking online and the 2006 Nissan Sentra 1.8s is still being advertised online. It is 6/8/16, and this happened 2 days ago on the 6th of June. I believe they have certain ads for cars that do not exist in order to get customers into their store. After I left the store, Elizabeth contacted me again. She said I should come back and look at other cars they had. I respectfully told her no thank you. I told her about the ad still being online. I also respectfully brought up the fact that there was dishonest marketing going on in their store, she never responded or contacted me after that. I would strongly encourage people to shop elsewhere.
