::The worst service you can imagine for as serious a service as they are suppose to do for life support. You can order and it will be up to 5 days before delivery which leaves patients unable to leave home for appointments. Sorry

::Less than happy. Set and wait for them to show up. Tell you they will call you back and never does. You tell them you only one tank left. They tell I'll contact the driver (haha). Someone needs to get thier act together or get drives that can do the job

::Our initial experience with these poeople has been a disaster. They did show up at our home to set up an oxygen concentrator and deliver six M6 portable oxygen cylinders, but we have been unable to get more portable cylinders from them. I lead an active life, and do not want to have to stay home all day hoping the delivery will come. When I call the day before, call again at 8 AM, am told "the truck will be there soon", and they have not gotten here by 6 PM, it is clear the company doesw not understand the business they purport to be in.
