  Parts department is aces specifically for my commercial F550 truck needs. Parts are almost always in inventory stock available for same day purchase. Other Ford dealers skimp on the available inventory and leave you with your truck down waiting another day for special orders. Highly knowledgeable and practical professionals at the counter here.

  I give the service department here five stars. They are always accurate when giving quotes. They stick to Schedule. When they say it will be done a specific day it always is. Not as impressed with the sales department.

  I don't know who the guy at the service department desk is but he has a horrible attitude. Worse customer service I have ever seen. The man was yelling at every customer. I hope sir that you aren't the GM of this location and someone handles the way you conduct business that's if there is any business left after you are done destroying it. Ended up going to ford on rt 440 where the service was much more pleasant. This place use to be great. I'll pray for the owner of this business and the guy who clearly needs a vacation and retraining.
