::This is the worst dental office ever. They wanted extra payment on top of what my insurance covered so they can make extra few hundred dollars so they were trying to rip me off. The female dentist intentially did a crappy job on my implant. She did a gray crown without asking me. She was extremely unprofessional and snobbish with an attitude problem. I will never go there again!!! They are very greedy and will try to rip off everyone that goes into their office. Every client is just a number to them.

::my mom had implant done here, and they are now saying "they need to repeat whole process again for FREE" cause dental implant doesn't fit her anymore when she was finally in last process. BS

::As one reviewer mentioned, all they care about is getting paid in full even before finishing the job. I had to pay $16,000 in full after 2 procedures were done. I have never dealt with any service where they expect you to pay in full before the job is done. Out of 4 implants two of them fell off within 2 months. I don't know which lab they use for crowns but they do a horrible job. When I smile, you can't even see the teeth - it looks like I'm toothless. The crown fits horribly, extremely uncomfortable and since they put it in I've been eating foods that are soft only. My Dr. told me when done that I would be able to eat a steak. Forget about eating a steak, I am not even able to bite into medium cooked veggies. The only type of bread I can eat is the soft part - I don't even bother attempting to eat the crust which is an impossibility. I can go on and on with the suffering and problems I've been having but it would take too long. I am sick and tired of going there almost on a weekly basis to fix the problems, yet once going home and attempting to eat I find out that no improvements have been made. Before I end my review, I also want to mention that they do not explain anything in detail as to what procedures are going to be done. Everything pops up as a surprise. With the exception of the staff who are very pleasant and professional, I also had communication problems with the Dr. and the lab tech (especially the lab tech). Unless you speak Korean don't waste your time and energy at this place.

::This is worst dentistry in my life. They suggest me cash payment because my insurance wouldn't cover it. Which was lie, they didn't even make phone call to my insurance company. You will lose your appointment without your consent. They say I didn't confirm my appointment while they make numerous callS to my cell phone. I asked them to show me the call log but they couldn't. They treated my decayed tooth, it is still in pain. It has been 4 months, I still can't chew or drink. They will give you good estimate but you will be paying much more when you check out. Very unprofessional, poor service, big pain.
