  I rate this dealership a 1000.Their customer service is excellent.Their is absolutely no sales pressure to buy any of their cars.The owner and his son s have great knowledge about their cars they are selling.Their is no dealer prep charges,or any hidden charges,or forcing you to trade in your car.This is a family run business that always maintains its professionalism in making the consumer happy about his new purchase.I bought a BMW which has ran like new from day one.

  Had a very bad bad experience!!!! They buy the cars for very cheap with lots of problems and fix them up very unprofessional and cheap!!! Trust me if you buy a car from them you won't even make it even home!! And you'll be stuck with nobody to help you and years of payments, You have been warned!! "A ripped off customers"

  I had the worst experience here and i dont recommend purchasing a car here to anyone. From the lack of professionalism to the ongoing problems with the vehicle that i purchased there. Starting on the day that i brought it home. I didnt even make it to my house before there was an issue with the car stahling out. From there it was just problem after problem. I've owned this vehicle for less than 3 months and i've already put in 4000 dollars worth of work between the clutch, the transmission, the motor mount etc. Not including the 3000 deposit i put down on it. The cost of the vehicle was 9000. I've almost paid more for the repairs in 3 months than the car is even worth. I had traveled 2 hours out from where i live twice initially to have the owner fix it but he never did. I have 5 more years to pay on this vehicle and im locked in a payment with a car that doesnt even work. I have called this dealership time after time about trying to get a bill of sale and the owner has never called me back. This vehicle shouldnt have even been able to get inspected due to all the problems. So whatever shady place he takes it to get inspected or whether he does it himself, i would not recommend coming here for anything. Unfortunately this was my first used car i bought and i will never do it again. I even called a few days after wanting to bring it back due to the lemon law and the owner began to scream at me telling me i cant do that. This place has single handedly demolished my bank account. Unfortunately i have no family in new york or no one to help me. I guess i should have done my research more in depth.

  I buy a car from this dealer ship Audi a8 when I got their they said that the vehicle was in a good condition I paid cash end 5 miles from they dealer the car star acting up I call them they said you did something to the car so they reset the check engine off I drive to Boston the vehicle was stock in 3dr guide I take to the dealer audi they giveme a list of things what the vehicle needs ABOUT $ 5000.00 IN DAMAGE I call more then 20 time to discust about this never respond THIS DEALER I DON'T RECOMEND TO ANY BODY INRESPOSABLE PEOPLE BUT CAR

  Bought my pre-owned car here in December 2013, and can't stop telling people about this wonderful and very reliable company. It is a family owned business, so no impersonal large dealership treatment. No hidden dealership fees and the best imaginable service. Besides outstanding technical knowledge and advice, the inspection, registration and even insurance were arranged for me on the spot. Also, excellent after sales services. Even if this company is not close to you, it will definitely be worth the extra miles. United Automobile Group deserves all these five stars, and very high recommendations! * I did want to write a review on Cargurus, but because I did contact this dealership directly, and not through their site, I was not able to.
