  They overbooked the holiday flights sad but no surprise. They overloaded the plane which did not have the range to complete the cross country flight. We had no stop to refuel half way and everybody missed their connections. Very poor planning.

  Flew in from Houston on 12/30 on a newer Boeing. Flight crew was nice. Plane was clean. Luggage took awhile but that's due to the ground crew (3 stars). Would fly this airline again.
