  Uniquepos is one of our suppliers and they have really good pricing on Pos products.Mark is always helpful. We reach out to him before placing an order to get the stock status. He provides us the ETA which is great. They also do manufacturer drop shipments if they don't have an item in stock.

  Worst customer service. You have to basically beg them to do their job. Screwed up your order? You're going to spend at least a few weeks to get things partially fixed. Unbelievable.

  Not a real store, relists ebay listings to amazon. AVOID at all costs.

  I have ordered AWID stickers repeatedly over the past year using Uniquepos. Prices have been great and while customer service has not always been the most responsive, the have solved my issues and even followed up with my order when I forgot to include some information.

  I can't even begin to explain how good of an experience I had with Uniquepos. People have a tendency to write only when things go wrong and don't take the time to praise where it is deserved. I was as skeptical as one could be, but this has turned into a very reliable go to for steady good attainment. Stocking levels are as on par as one could expect. We live in a day of "add to cart" and thinking everything is instantaneous, but from coming in a background in this industry - I am impressed with the level of commitment, performance and overall efficiency. Hats off to the team over here.
