  There was nothing on the site about VIP lines versus regular. We were told to go wait at the bar even though the line to get onto the floor was in the main area. When going to bring my wife a drink after waiting for hours to be lied to and cut in line. I was told no alcohol was allowed on the floor. So I had to waist my wife’s 13$ drink and throw it out if I wanted to get back to her. NONE of this was on the website. I’m sure this is a good venue. But we had a very negative experience.

  A great place for a live concert. The only problem is the same issue I have with all places in Philly and that is the lack of clear parking instructions. Staff was very helpful and kind and the venue and acoustics were some of the best I have ever seen and heard.

  What a great venue! Came down from Toronto to see the Peter Hook show and visit with friends and appreciated the many vantage points available, as well as the ample and ambient chill space and bar selection. Wish we had this!

  New to Philly and I liked this place. It was easy to get to and from. Cool layout and style. Sounded good. Quick bar service, sizable bathrooms. Getting into the venue was quick and easy too. I parked on spring garden and walked a few blocks rather than using their lot so I’m not sure how that is. Def a good show and I’ll def return.

  This is a venue for live music. It's not a venue for dead music. The sound is great, there are three bars, and generally-speaking it can't be beat as far as these sized (~1,500 capacity) places are concerned. Truly one of the best music venues in, not just Philadelphia, not just the United States, but the entire world. (Full disclosure: I've only ever been to New Jersey but I assume this statement is correct.)
