::This facility advertises opening at 8am on Saturday. I got here at 8am because of an important appointment I had later this morning. I was told that the Dr wouldn't be in till about 8:30. He had not been in touch with the facility. Finally, at 8:40, the Dr called & said he wouldn't be there till 9:15. My morning is ruined. A health care facility can't be open till the DOCTOR is on the premises. Still waiting. This is disgraceful! It's 9:15. Still no Dr. What a joke. Just saw the Dr at 9:50. The visit took 10 minutes.

::The staff there was very kind and did their best to keep my daughter calm, but the doctor helping her was very rude. On 2 occasions asked if we were rich or poor, caught me off guard because this type of behavior isn't expected out of a doctor, he was also very condensing every time he spoke. He also was unable to help with our situation and told us to go to E.R. We ended up taking our daughter to another urgent care a couple of towns over and they took care of our emergency right there and then.
