  Situated close to downtown in a new building with a beautiful old steam train engine in the window. We are in town unexpectedly and stopped in to learn about nearby sites and attractions. Nora was a wealth of information. She was friendly, knowledgeable and had lots of practical advice. On top of that she gave us a couple of bottles of water and complimentary El Paso coffee mugs!

  The staff onsite is very attentive and helpful providing information and resources. The facility is impeccable, and well maintained.

  The Visit El Paso Visitor Information Center is located inside the Union Plaza terminal / parking structure and provides information on El Paso attractions, tours and even incliudes a history exhibit about the original railroads here.
