  I hated the guy that works at the ticket counter horrible attitude and customer service towards me and other patrons. I'm surprised there aren't more 1 stars!. He almost made me and my son miss our bus to Madison because he didn't print my ticket off "Due to policy" when there was a perfect working printer next to him. I had to purchase new tickets at the last moment and almost miss my bus to Madison. Hope I don't have to use this place again. Shame -0 stars

  Worst form of transportation ever! It filthy and they have the worst customer service I've ever encountered. I will drive.
