  "Not everyone that has a bad day means their bad people". Today was a bad day for me. Lot going on but would never give me a reason to disrespect someone. I went to get a permit for my car and didnt have all the requirements and I understand its a requirement to have the right douments. I went back for the second time thinking the document I had in my car was valid because It had my wifes name. She told me its not valid. Which was my IRS with both of our names my wife and mines which did hit me being that its a legit and strong document to prove id. I just asked her how is it possible that this isn't valid. She did explain to me that these are the right documents which were on the display. She was trying to be nice but when I walked away without disrespecting her she got really sarcastic when she responded back to me after I said thank you. I have been working in customer service for over 20 years and this is the worse way to be disrespectful to someone. I rather have someone curse at me to my face than face my back and treat people the way she treated me. I'm not even going back to this place. I can see why this place has a really bad rating. And I am positive that not everyone in this company is the same way. I hope that in the future this can help to hire professional and respectful people and not just a pretty face.

  This has to STOP! I've been profiled by the Union City Parking Authority and by a specific parking officer named Sergio Miranda. A complaint is being filled for harassment and soon will be going to the PD.

  !What i can say about they! I hope never ever i will need to go there again. I work in Union City and i park my car like other here in one lot of the 36 st. Some times I used the application and some time I put quarters, but what happened was, i had time in the app, i paid and they put me a ticket. I didn't get mad because i know more people here that also happened to them and they went to the parking authority and they fix the problem on the system, It should be mentioned that, that should not happen but ok i went there and i lost work's time just because that, to fix it and after 30 minutes waiting for then to analyze the (big mathematical formula, lol) the passed my papers to everybody there and finally a young guy like all that work there told me. "there is the copy of everything we will sent that to fiscal and we can not eliminate your ticket he will decide that and you have to call him after 2 week". I asked him why the guys who puts the tick did that mistake and lol other worker there say, "Because if you did't have time in the parking meter they will put you a ticket" i asked she, "you saying that if i don't put quarters they will put a ticket"? and she answered "Yes" lol , what about the parking app that they promote? when you put time with the app it did't show time in the parking meter and that doesn't means that you don't pay your parking. To finish the history, i walked away from that place with no final solutions and very upset.

  Atrocious work ethics. No answer when i call during work hours, issued me a permit parking ticket even with valid visitors pass, ive received better service from a gas station restroom
