  The worst customer service. I received a nasty attitude from the staff because I was video chatting with a family member over which over priced flower set I should've bought. I think I'll take my business elsewhere.

  No tengo palabras para agradecerles por el bello momento que han hecho posible para mi madre el dia de hoy, las flores llegaron antes de lo esperado fragantes considerando que hice el pedido casi a las 14h30. Llego en menos de 2 horas!!! :) :) :) Me hubiera gustado en lugar de una Happy Face un globo con motivo del Dia de las Madres, pero por la premura del tiempo esta bien, esta muy lindo tambien. Lo mas importante es que llegaron los chocolates y las flores tal como los pedi. Gracias los tendre presente... Recomiendo su servicio es excelente, era la primera vez que hacia un pedido desde Ecuador para mi madre en New Jersey. Gracias amigos.

  Ordering online for flowers is never easy however I glanced through the site. Found an arrangement I liked, and check out with specific instructions. This was my first time using this store. I must say they did delivered at the time i requested it to be delivered, what I ordered, the card I ordered more importantly the message on that card word for word from the site. Listen I can go on and on, that's how overjoyed I am, My wife is happy like a little girl in a Salon as they say. "Happy wife, Happy Life" THANK YOU, Union City Florist for such a beautiful start to the morning.

  We were referred to Union City Florist by my cousin and I'm so glad we were. Patty and Mark are the nicest most genuine people we've met. We met with 4 other florists before meeting with them. To be honest we had a tight budget for flowers, and every florist we met prior pretty much laughed and said we could only get vases filled with water and a floating candle for our type of budget. We almost lost hope on flowers for our wedding. Patty made it super easy. She offered very simple type of packages and did not push for an specific ones. We spent a great amount of time explaining what type and what color flowers we wanted. She even made some suggestions to alternate the tables with 2 different arrangements. It was the best decision we made.Patty and her team are true professionals and we couldn't be any happier with how everything came out!

  I ordered flowers for my mother's funeral, I was nervous thinking that the flowers arrangements were not up to my expections. I was wrong, every arrangement was beautiful, tasteful, elegant, better than I expected. I know my mother would it be happy. They did a wonderful job. I would recommend this florist.
