  I had been wanting to come here for some time now. I had seen several reviews of long wait times, it kind of swayed me from going sooner. I’m sorry I waited so long. Wait time was very minimal, wasn’t a problem at all. Everyone is super friendly and Nick Hess did an amazing job. Probably the best cut I’ve ever had. Attention to detail and skill is top notch. I’ll definitely be returning soon!

  The barbers at Union are some of St. Louis' finest. I've never had a haircut that I wasn't extremely happy with. I've been going to see Billy for the majority of my time there and he always gives it 100%. I've had a couple cuts with the other barbers and they are all great. The price point is a little bit higher than some other shops around town but it's worth every penny. They book up early so be sure to plan ahead. There are walk-ins but like any popular barber shop who knows when they will seat you. If you hate waiting then make an appointment! The vibe of Union is way cool, grab a beer or coffee while you wait and check out the decor.

  Had my first cut with Union this past Friday and was very pleased. Billy did an excellent job. I already scheduled my next cut with Meg, and I am looking forward to coming back. Billy was running a little behind which was fine, but the guy went above and beyond by tidying up my beard. Everyone was very friendly and accommodating, I can't say enough good things! Where else can you get a quality haircut and listen to The Egyptian Lover?!

  A new place with a hip and cool vibe. I had a couple cancellations. So that coupled with the cost ($30 for a basic haircut) and difficulty finding an opening I stopped going there. I could never develop a relationship with one barber which was my goal. A big shop. Like 8 chairs. Lots of seemingly new barbers, all young. It’s a very popular place though. The haircuts are fine. They offer complimentary beer/coffee.

  I've been going here for several years now, following Billy when he moved here. The place itself is great, very cool decor and cool stuff to check out in the waiting area if you are waiting around. I always book with Billy who has never disappointed in giving me a sharp looking haircut consistently for many years now. I highly recommend both the shop as a whole and Billy specifically!
