::I looked at the hours for union bank and it said it was opened on Sat from 9am to 5 pm, it was not open. I took a Lyft all the way from south Sacramento and it was storming. You should definitely see if you can change the hours because I jus wasted almost sixty dollars trying to come to the bank when it said it was open but it wasn't mind you I had to wait in the rain to wait for another uber

::I have always loved Union Bank over the big ones, like B of A, or Wells Fargo, due to the more personalized service. Wells Fargo once held a paycheck from a large well-known company for 10 days, causing our bill payments to bounce. If UBOC did that, they would’ve refunded the returned check fees. Make a mistake? They understand and work with you. My experience lately has been unpleasant as they were unable to open an account for my disabled brother because his social security number “is not in use”. Social Security said the bank is wrong and the lady there, Vanessa will not return my call. If not fixed I will go elsewhere because if they don’t want my brother, they don’t want me. Everything else is 5⭐️.

::They try taking care of new members only but with someone already member they don’t give a S**t

::A really run-of-the-mill bank. They don't even cash their own certified checks. With so many banks out there, who would want to bank with them, seriously? They obviously do not understand customer service. I think this bank is on its way out.

::I used to love this bank (have been there for 17+ years) - all of the tellers knew me and the service was efficient. But......when I have questions about how our bank statements reflect ecommerce fees they can't answer them, was refused a loan (we have an 850 credit rating) for a small aircraft because it was too "risky" (US Bank jumped at because of our good credit), spent time with a financial planner and then she never delivered the requested documents because she was transferred to another branch, and it has been a nightmare trying to get a password to do online banking. The lines are really, really long and you have to stand in the doorway of the grocery store while people come and go and the alarms go off because the checkers don't deactivate the wine bottles......they have added cordons to deal with the long lines - it is hot in the summer and cold in the winter. They don't have a merchant window. I plan on spending at least 45 mins. whenever I wire money internationally. Other banks want our business, I'm really not sure why I'm still there......
