  When I first started dealing with this credit card company I was impressed with their phone customer service and they gave me a Grace when I accidentally over stepped my first credit card payment because my auto-pay did not set up correctly however I soon had a negative experience with them. Once I sent them a snail mail check to make a very large payment in addition to my minimum payment which was done separately and although I am sure they got it before the 2 and 1/2weeks for the payment they did not credit me for my xtra credit card payment conveniently until after the credit card due date was passed I found that really interesting so I would not recommend getting a Union Bank credit card. This has never happened to me with any other credit card and I am sure they held that the check or just have a terrible process
