  I don't know what the situation is with this place because obviously every time I'm calling I'm always getting directed to a damn computer not as I recall I click the number to talk to a live representative why is there a computer popping up and then on top of that I'm supposed to be speaking to a live representative because she left me a message about my claim and told me to call before 12:15 I don't call this chick like three times what the hell is going on over there like you're supposed to be here to support the people of New York maybe your job is pretty shity but don't take it out on the people that's trying to get on their feet like y'all have that's not fair you're supposed to hear that you supposed to be here as a safety net for people we have enough problems in my life trying to get a stable job why make it harder for us some of us are actually doing what the hell we have to do you making it bad for those who was actually trying come on man update your computer hire more people that's actually going to have a live conversation with people what's good attitudes I'm on and there's no reason why you should be a 2.4 right now for ratings that's embarrassing

  terrible experience all around -- endless wait times whether you go in person or try calling them on the telephone. i've done both and still have not received unemployment benefits -- despite 'valid' claims on file.
