  Waited outside 4+ hours for a shoe. I understand that you should expect to wait some time when a shoe drops, but 4 hours was just outrageous for the amount of people there. They really need to find a more efficient way of getting customers out the door. Plus the cashier was texting while ringing people up.

  Staff sucks went in for a question big dude just standing there flipping through the t-shirts acting like he's working. Gives an attitude when I asked a question. So just started browsing through the store one guy was already helping customers while the big dude just standing there so I ask to try on some shoes and the guy that was already helping brought me them and when they didn't fit I needed some help but hated the staff. So when I asked what do I do if I do want them anymore the big dude just snatched them out my hand and walked away. That's some bs would suggest hiring different people that want to work.
