::Absolutely appealing service at the bar. Came for lunch, the host directed me to the bar since I was by myself. There were 6-7 people at the bar total and it seemed slow. Was ignored by the bartender for at least 5 minutes after I sat down. Finally was handed the menu but was not greeted or welcomed. Another 5-10 minutes later was asked what I wanted to drink. I ordered coffee but was told something to the extent that they have it but I can't have it because it's not behind the bar. Instead I tried to order bottled or sparkling water and was told that they don’t have it, WHAT? As a last resort I asked for a root beer, they didn’t have that either. I ordered a coke but still 5 minutes latter had nothing so I got up and walked out. I wasted over a hour driving out of my way to have lunch here only to be treated like scum by some bartender with a bad attitude. He should have at least got me coffee! I would urge management to at least get the basics like coffee and bottled water right! This place is supposed to cater to travelers (there’s a hotel on-location) and many travelers can’t drink local water due to stomach issues.

::Well I was scared after reading the reviews... but we were already here anyway. Wild Boar burger was very good. Kids meals were a bit small but tasty. Wife said fish and chips was very good. Service was friendly and speed decent considering the set up. We were told a 30 minute wait and went to shop and it was only 10 minutes. Overall good. Not sure about the bad reviews... maybe a bad server or just when it first opened?

::It took three hours to get through this meal. Our appetizers came out and one was the wrong item, and the other was ice cold. 5 minutes later, our meals arrived... Also cold. We didn't get steak knives, only butter knives, after waiting for our waiter to reappear after 15 minutes, my husband went and asked the kitchen for knives... I Told the waiter the app was cold, just to take it.. He brought it back and said it should be better.. Nope, still cold. Really. We won't be going back there.

::I'm not sure why others complained. We were seated upon arrival and given the open table by the aquarium. Our drink orders were taken and delivered quickly. The food was good and we received what we ordered in a timely manner. The atmosphere was great and the staff was nice.
