  If I were allowed to select zero stars, I would. I have never received such poor customer service in my life, and that's saying a lot considering some of the useless companies I've done business with. After attempting to register numerous times on their online portal and receiving a cryptic error message and directions for resolution, I called their customer service 800 number. I bet you can guess what happened next. I went through about 12 dial-by-number menus, none of which provided an option that I needed. When I finally hacked my way through to a human being representative, that person was extremely unhelpful. I was told that although all the information I provided when registering online was correct and that their system was showing all my information, the customer-facing website wasn't working. They told me they'd expedite a reset of the account and that I should try again in 24 hours. I did that. I bet you know what happened next. I waited 36 hours, tried again and got the same error message. So, I went back to square 1. I'm now on the telephone again, I've been on hold for no less than 40 minutes, I've given my account information to the automated system and two people and am continuing to wait for a supervisor. Oh, now the supervisor came on and informed me that she doesn't work in the IT department, she's just a claim's specialist and she can't do anything. Now she is transferring me to IT. Oh, yep, guess what. Just got disconnected. This company is A JOKE!

  These people suck!!! I needed to speak with someone in the Cincinnati office and the woman from the Lexington, KY office pretended not to know anything about a Cincinnati office. I said i had a reference number and she claimed that it didn't exist! I repeatedly asked to speak to a supervisor and she repeatedly refused. She ended up finally putting me on hold and then redirected me back to the main number (where I would have to answer all of the automated questions and be put on hold again. I found the Cincinnati office number on google and called them. They found my reference number with no problem and actually did their job!
