  I've been banking with Umpqua (and Circle before it was acquired by Umpqua) for probably a decade. I LOVE them. The Noe Valley branch provides VERY individualized service, and they are wonderfully friendly.

  The manager has zero empathy and is a robot. If you are expecting any help outside of offering you a loan be prepared to fork over your money whether you like it or not. Not a kind community business. Check out other Umpqua locations.

  I am very satisfied with this bank, they are very unique in their approach to banking and dealing with their clients. First, they're the only bank I know that allows you to use their bathroom (very clean), have toys for the little ones and they even have a fridge with cold sodas. Let me tell you, that I have banked with BofA, Wells, Citi and Chase and I have never experienced any of those services before, so in my book Circle Bank so far it's a 5 star bank!!!
