  Its still pretty new so its not run down inside yet. Ok for a short stay

  Surprised at this gem of a hotel is it Springs up out of nowhere and a flat neighborhood in the Bronx and it is a high-rise Hotel it is of better quality than the neighborhood and it is a much-needed type of hotel in the Bronx. The rooms are chic sleek and on par with what the size should be for the price . I find making a reservation here easy and it's like a little Oasis in the middle of A Bronx desert. I would definitely recommend.

  Nope, nope, and nope! Less than 1 star! NOT FOR BUSINESS TRAVEL! Expect constant noise from other rooms, seems like a drop in by the hour, doors slamming all night, no routine amenities. I'm pretty sure I was in a room not usually for guest.- strange tub IN room, no shelf space in bathroom for products. Items for bathing sit on the floor awaiting your use. Carpet in the room was wet, not sure if from oversized air conditioner or from something else (yikes). Take the advice for what its worth! Not their fault that the unsuspecting guest books a room in a hotel used for something else. UGH!

  Netflix on the smart tv didn't work. Bathtub didn't work. Extremely uncomfortable bed. Low thread count sheets. No view even from the highest floor. Small room. Tv glitches out. 20 channels. Slow wifi. Best part of the room is that they give you a keurig to use with no k cups. Completely overpriced and a disgusting excuse for a luxury hotel. Save your money and find somewhere else to stay and sleep.

  Awesome location. Awesome shopping steps away. Steps from train. Bilingual staff, courteous and very helpful. Overall a great experience and worth every cent. Rooms are so cozy and superclean. Quiet and relaxing atmosphere.
