  First time here on friends recommendation. It was an emergency situation so i tried them. I paid extra for amor all interior.. they slathered it on and now when i touch things im greasy.. and they just put on a coat and didnt wipe it down. A friend spillt milkshake in my car and they didnt even get all of it gone.. the car looks ok the rest of it.. but yeah im going back to my old car wash for sure.

  I use to go here a long time ago when i had my Maxima low as well as my Infiniti because they were the only one who had a conveyor belt to pull the car instead of a rail. Their service was much better back then. Since, they do a poor job on the cars. They dont always use the pressured air to blow out the water and I have to remind them at times. Today I took my ML350 to get a VIP wash... $35.95+tax ... almost 40 bucks. I had to tell them to spray and wipe the inside of the passenger door. Theres still unwiped parts of my rear bumper. This VIP comes with tire shine and you would expect your wheels to be clean and not still dirty right?? Wrong... all 4 rims are still dirty. I only went here today because my birthday was a few days ago and they give a free wash when its your birthday month. I asked about it and found out they no longer give a free birthday wash... GREAT!! I gotta find a new place...

  This place used to be good. They do a rush job and the staff are all over the place. Not to mention they are racist. Never again

  I started going to this place over 10 yrs ago. They had the best service then. I still give them the benefit of the doubt and continue to go. I have noticed that when they placed females (Please females don't be offended, I'm also a female) to clean the cars, the service has worsen. I'm also a Latin female and the females they have there are either chatting with each other or flirting with the male workers. Years back, I couldn't stop raving about this car wash. They would leave my car as if I had it detailed. Now, I have to ask for a rag to continue cleaning the obvious spots they've missed. One time I was fed up and asked if only the males could clean my car. All the females had an attitude and were offended and in retaliation, they left an obvious grease mark around my radio. Why would grease be there? I started recording them working on my car when I go, and will update this review with a compilation of these images. If you want to see a show on how desperate these females look seeking attention from their male coworkers, by all means, go and see it for yourself. If I could give zero stars I definitely would. BTW THEY NEVER SPRAY THE SCENT I PAID FOR. It's in their menu, so where is the scent? They used to ask you for your choice in scent. Now I have to tell them and of course I'm ignored every single time I go. To the owner of sonic....Please pay a visit to your establishment (like the show UNDERCOVER BOSS), bring a dirty car and see for yourself how disappointing it is to see your hard earned $$ go to waste like we all do. HOPE THINGS CHANGE THERE.

  I have a monthly car wash plan with them, which is around $98. In the beginning they used to clean the car properly but in time they barely clean the car. The car stays dirty even after getting a freshly wash. I wouldn’t recommend going to this car wash.
