  I used to get my hair colored here regularly, until my colorist burned my hair off. She completely dyed my hair an atrocious platinum blonde and left 2in at the roots after I had asked her to ombre my hair. I didn't have time to blow dry my hair, but when I got home, I not only realized how awful the color was, but my hair started falling out. She had over-processed and left the dye in my hair for too long. When I went back later that night, she fixed the color, only to leave me with her 5in shorter than it had been before and the part of my hair that had managed to not fall out was completely dead. She blamed it on my hair without taking blame for the color mistake or the fact that she had burned my hair off. She still charged me the full amount with no questions asked. Since then I have been out of the state, and had to buy very expensive extensions in order to feel like myself again. When I finally found a time that I would be near the salon again, I called three times to complain and get extensions from the stylist, and the woman on the phone was so rude and told me the stylist wouldn't have time. I would never recommend this place to anyone with customer service like that. When someone is altering something as important to my appearance as my hair, I'd like them to at least pretend to be sympathetic when they make a mistake.

  My mother and I have been going to Ultimate Image for years to have cuts, blow dries, and dyes, and I would highly recommend them. I recently was married and Ivone and her daughter did my, my mothers, mother of my groom, and my bridesmaids hair. We all looked fabulous all day long and they got us all done on time (even after the power went out, which unexpectedly delayed us). Thank you Ultimate Image!!!
