  I have had the worse service with this guy(Sam). I will give just one of may examples, As I was getting my car back from his shop, I realized that there is a print of his cat's paw in the rear bumper of my car. I ask him about it and he was like, "It's the cat's doing, what can I do about it".

  I've been using Sam and Ultimate Bay Diagnostics for the last few years, both with my old 2001 Chevy and my newer car. Sam and his team have always been great. They're terrific mechanics and incredibly honest.

  Avoid this place like the plague. I got a flat tire 2 blocks away from them and stumbled in. Today was raining and Sam the owner thought he had himself a live catch. It seemed no one wanted to talk price to me. Everytime I asked how much it would cost they just changed the subject. I finally got to speak to Sam. Just to patch the tire most places charge $15 (and $10 for a plug). Sam, thought I was desperate and tried to charge me $35. That's more than double the going rate. I noped myself out of there and wobbled myself two blocks away to a proper tire repair shop. Luna tires on Classon got me out of their shop in 10 minutes satisfied and only charge the usual $15 without trying to highway rob me. Will NEVER come here again .
