  My daughter had her hair colored and cut by Jackie and she hated it! She did not listen to what she wanted and my daughter made me take her to another salon to get it fixed! Very disappointed!

  I do not recommend going to the salon here! I had my hair done by Toni I think that’s her name the “manager” and she was so unprofessional! She had a huge attitude and did not cut my hair even. The layers and hair cut are so uneven that I had to get it fixed by another salon! What kind of manager for a salon is that? The other girls in the salon were rude as well! I didn’t like this salon experience and will not recommend or go back again!!!!

  I came in on my lunch break to see what Morphe products they had (Ulta stores have different products). It was dead, associates were talking with each other, no one greeted me or tried to assist me. However, as soon as an older white woman walked in right after me, she was greeted with smiles and assistance. I'll pass on spending my money at Ulta, or at least this one for sure. Hard pass!

  Reasonably priced makeup. They have a salon at this location open 7 days a week. A blowdry is $29. Lia the manager was so helpful. Also they dont sell any mac cosmetics at this location but have everything else. Sam the eyebrow girl is the best here.

  Every time I’ve been to Ulta in Wayne I typically walk around clueless for 30 min with no assistance, then leave spending too much money on products that I don’t know anything about, making me reluctant to shop here. This time, Kim, a skin specialist, saw me wondering around and spent about 15-20 min helping me pick out items that saved me money and worked great! I’d love to see more employees that are willing to do this. Thank you Kim for your help!
