  I fixed my eyebrows and got a hair cut and blow out. Both did a magnificent job and also helped me pick out products.

  Friendly and helpful staff. Love the variety choices of products. I think they can expand a lil more with make up & less on perfumes. Prices are fair.

  I had a great experience and then a terrible experience. So I will give it 4 stars for my first experience where my make up was done and received great help with Alexa. I decided to make a 1pm apt for a skin consultation. I received a call at 12:54pm asking if I was on my way in a voicemail. I arrived at 1:01pm and was told she would be with me at in 5 minutes. 45 minutes later I was finally seen for my apt. The woman walked out and said I wasn't here at 1pm so she took someone else with a big smile on her face like she did nothing wrong. Terrible.

  Best brow girl ever. Her name is Kristy. She’s a brow expert or I like to call her a ‘brexpert’ (not to be confused with the United Kingdom’s tension around Brexit.) Every time I go to her I feel like I have the perfect arch with the perfect coloring. Thank you Kristy for caring about my brows and my confidence. You’re amazing!

  The store is always clean but the customer service probably the worst I have ever dealt with especially the eyebrow tech Cristy she’s never at her booth. When I approached her she was snotty and seemed annoyed with my question saying that she was busy so I told her ok that’s fine can I just step out for five minutes I’ll be right back and she said that’s fine. I come back not even five minutes later and she’s about to start some else so I say to her I thought you were going to do me next . Then she starts talking about how I left and since I left I lost my spot which she never mentioned would happen if I step out and come right back. Knowing that I would have stayed instead stepping out.Then she said that it would be another 45 minutes. Worst ever!!!
