  huge selection and I go in when they have great sales and freebies. I can barely contain myself when I go in lol and the employees were all super helpful

  Racist location. The associates will not be very eager to help you if you are black or a WOC. There was a man and a woman working the makeup section who completely ignored me several times, didn't even say hello, and repeatedly walked past me to get to white women who had just walked in and ask them if they needed their help. I had to find my own products and shades by myself. When they saw that I had about $200 worth of products in my hands they THEN approached me and was like "Oh sorry we didn't get to you, we didnt see you, but I bet everything is going to look beautiful on you". How could you have not seen me? You all literally looked right at me, and even told me excuse me so you could walk past me and get to the people next to me. I bought the products at the time, but have decided to return them because I just don't feel right giving my money to a store that treated me this way. I think I'd rather find other options online, now that I know what shades I need.

  I drive out of my way to go to the store even though I have an Ulta on 71st close to me. The lighting and the setup is so much better at this store but the main reason I come to this store is because of the sales associates. They are friendly knowledgeable helpful and they never make me feel like I'm trying to slip something into my pocket. They let me prowl through the store without being pushy but they are there to offer advice at a moment's notice if needed.
