::I had such a horrible experience there with one of the staff employees that work with hair. She’s a rip off and a gold digger. I asked her not to use bleach but she was still presisent in using bleach which costs a lot. Then next thing I know she’s putting on a second toner of coloring without even telling me that she would charge me more. In the end I had to pay more than what she said in the beginning. I obviously had the money on me but some other people wouldn’t have had that type of money. Especially if they came with a budget.

::Security followed me around the store which is extremely annoying until I looked for an employee to help me find skin care products they only wanted to help the older rich white ladies who where there. the lady at the register (who I think was the manager) was extremely rude when I asked her about a lip stick and brushed me off even rolled her eyes. This Ulta SUCKS the layout SUCKS the majority of the staff SUCKS I really hate going to that one I only go to this location when I need to get a gift ASAP

::I WOULD GIVE THIS PLACE A NEGATIVE STAR IF I COULD. I have never written a negative review but I'm so upset at this place I feel that I have to in case this treatment happens again to another customer. All I wanted to do that day was pick up my curling iron that I've been researching for a few days, nothing more. I was ready to check out and I heard the cashier mention that I get 20% off today and I figured it had something to do with my Ulta membership and rewards and then as I was checking out the card reader was prompting me to answer personal financial questions, I couldn't figure out why and I asked her why Ulta needs to know any of this information. NOT ONCE DID SHE MENTION IT WAS FOR A CREDIT CARD, until it was to late and she was printing out the slip. She claims she did tell me... but listen, this girl is soooo quiet --if she did say it, I didn't hear her at all. I FOUND THE WHOLE EXPERIENCE CONNIVING. I also don't believe she had good intentions because as soon as I realized what the hell was going on, I asked her to close/cancel/stop the process. She did not care that I didn't want it, all she kept on REPEATING was BUT YOUR PRE-APPROVED, she said it at least twice, in the midst of my anger, it was astonishing. I made her call the Ulta ultimate rewards credit card department and they refused to cancel it with me standing next to her.. so I had to call the company and cancel it myself. Which I thought I did, but GUESS WHAT I GOT IN THE MAIL TODAY- A ULTA CREDIT CARD I am infuriated

::5 stars for the hairdressers! Excellent haircut and blow dry and hardly that much wait time. Today's visit went fine, someone approached me and asked if I needed help and then helped me until I found the right products I needed while I waited to get my hair done. Reading some of the other reviews posted on here, I've remembered my past visits to this Ulta in particular. I do agree with the people that are posting about discrimination and racism at this location because it has happened to me more than once there. This was the first visit where I felt comfortable but my 3 star rating comes from a culmination of all my visits.
