  My fav place to go for cosmetics. They always have great sales going on. The only complaint I have is that almost every ULTA I've ever been to, most of the staff is pretty rude except in the cosmetics area where they apply makeup and what not.

  Adriana did my hair and she did a great job! I ended up needing more work on my hair than planned but she still did an amazing job! Will be going back for touch up!

  This Ulta branch is excellent! I bought a lipstick yesterday and I asked their staff to help me find a good brand of lipstick for the best price. Surprisingly, I was pleased and thankful for their excellent customer service. Two thumbs up!

  Not too busy on a Monday afternoon which was nice. Every haircut and color I witnessed was done with expert care and all clients wee happy. I had a cut and style done by Marco and he took his time explaining certain ways to style my hair. He only used scissors to cut and texturize my style which is something I haven't experienced in many years. I made another appointment so I won't have to wait to get my service done by Marco again.

  This is the WORST experience that I've had in an Ulta store EVER! Walked in planning to purchase some foundation and concealer and upon entering the store was not greeted or anything. Wouldn't have been a biggie except another lady walked in maybe a minute after me and the cashier says "Hello, how are you doing today"? I thought "Hmmm thats weird but maybe she didnt see me". Walked around the store for about 20 min saw plenty of employees and not 1 asked if i needed help or anything. Finally as I was getting ready to leave I go to the other side of the store where the higher end brand of makeup is, still no one acknowledging me, and I start testing concealer there. Only then did a nice you g lady named Brittany say "Hi, did you need any help today"? She helped me find a concealer then I go to check out. The same cashier who ignored me when I first walked in and another young lady were in the front cashiering. Everyone was being helped fine until my turn came up at which time the cashier who ignored me at the begining suddenly closed her register and said "She's gonna get you" and pointed to the other young lady. At this time I felt it was personal. The no greeting is one thing but helping all the other customers then suddenly closing when it was my turn was too much. Some advice Ulta, get some customers who can deal with everyone no matter how you look, what skin color you have, etc. Also when you have "Customers" greet them, ask them if they need any help no matter if they have been asked already or not it wont hurt. Dont think I will ever shop at this store again. Brittany thank you for you being great at your job and knowing what customer service is. The 2 stars are only because of Brittany although she deserves a 5 star review.
