  I stopped here early in the morning and was pleasantly surprised. I walked around the small lake and found it to be really nice way to start the day. I'd definitely come back.

  The Willowbrook Parkway is not for vehicles. It is a hiking trail that leads to Moses Mountain (named after Robert Moses). The area was created because of excavation that was being done for the proposed Richmond Parkway which was eventually aborted for conservation reasons. From this spot you can see the Atlantic Highlands of New Jersey and the entire Greenbelt of Staten Island
