::I’ve been completely mislead. I was told that I could get a four bedroom and four bath with my two roommates and I and now we’re all stuck in a lease where we can’t live together. I’ve called multiple times to close my account but I always get told I can’t. If I was told to begin with that we couldn’t live together then I wouldn’t have signed. Until I get out of my lease because it wasn’t what I signed up for, this deserves less than a star.

::ASU Football Player that moved here because close to facility for quicker access. Excellent Xbox internet if you call Cox to set it up for you with Ethernet . WiFi lags a bit .

::I really enjoy living here at University House. My apartment was clean and in good condition when I moved in. I have been living here for about 7 months now. The front desk is very poliet, attentive, accommodating, and is always there to answer any questions you have, WiFi is almost always reliable, and I feel very safe here. I have not seen one bug or roach at all, it is a great walking distance from campus (5 mins.), and maintenance always responds in a timely fashion. Resident amenities are great. Some complaints that I do have is if it's game day, all the streets to get home are blocked off and you're going to be sitting in traffic for a good hour and a half maybe more, the hallways and carpet can use a good cleaning, the rooms are inconveniently small considering what you pay, and of course it is very expensive to live here. Being a college student, the rent is almost unreasonable. Also, staff can and will show up unannounced and demand you to open your door for inspection. I once had one of the staff open my door and walk into my room without even knocking. I felt that my privacy was infringed and not respected. There are a lot of parties here, and the elevators are always trashed on the weekends. They are cleaned by monday though. They also do not notify you when someone new moves in, and you have nobsay in it. They also did not notify me that my roommate had a felony. Fortunately the situation worked out fine but I believe that I have the right to know who I am living with. I just came jome onr day and there was a new person in my apartment. Throughout the year my hallway has gotten progressively worse. It has a lot of stains and smells awful. It makes me nauseous to walk to my apartment.

::worst place to live in all of Tempe. staff is very unhelpful and all they care about is money. save your time and money and sign a lease somewhere where you’ll actually be treated as a resident. all these 5 star reviews you see here are from the student employees that work there.

::I have lived at University House for a whole year now, and I am very happy with the choice I made. I really love the location of the apartments. From my apartment, I am a 7 minute walk to my classes. This is a major factor for me because of the convenience especially in the hot Arizona weather. I also am very happy with the new management staff that University House hired, the managers in the leasing office are very knowledgeable and try their very best with every situation that is thrown at them. Also, the front desk housing consultants always greet you with a smile and make living here very nice. The apartments themselves are also absolutely fantastic, they have a modern feel to them and are perfect for my needs as a student. On top of all of this, the complex has a ton of amenities that make me feel like I'm living in a very luxurious place. I would definitely recommend living here if you are considering it!
