  1st visiting store to see about some shoes i was considering buying. Ladies in the store were extremely helpful. Store has 2 floors ( mens and women's). Nice layout.

  I took my wife and daughter there to buy some boots. We all know UGGs are expensive, but when you go in a store like that you should expect stellar customer service. Instead we received Wal-Mart quality service. Actually customer service in Wal-Mart is usually better. We waited half an hour for them to bring the boots we liked from the back. My girls spent 5 minutes trying on shoes and 1/2 hour for them to get the boots from the back. Also, a lot of display boots were not in stock... I am not sure why they displayed boots they didn't stock?

  Ótima loja, com calçados de qualidade para o frio. Bem mais barato que no Brasil, com opções para jovens e adultos, homens e mulheres. Vale a visita pelo menos.

  The store is beautiful has 2 floors and elevator it's wheel chair accessible. They have a big variety of shoes from stylish women's and men's boots and also children definitely worth the visit

  Walked in not knowing what I wanted. Everything is displayed so you can clearly see it. Took 14 minutes total and I saved $62 with a promotion. The men had wonderful customer service but the women didn’t. Sad that I didn’t get the total experience since I was a first timer. We women have to do better when you serve the public. I won’t let them ruin my rating because it will be unfair to the male associates and to the UGG store.
