  This place is charming, but lack customer service. We waited for two sandwiches for 20 + minutes and we were given a reason that their food takes around 20 minutes to prepare sometimes. NO ONE actually started working on the sandwiches.

  Cute little coffee shop with some lovely decor choices and good and as importantly very good coffee and cakes. Definitely worth a visit if you're in the area

  Staff is no customer service oriented. Too passive for a 5 dollars cappuccino. After ordering a regular cappuccino, the guy served my order as a latte, so I kindly told them I ordered a cappuccino, the cashier answer was: THEY ARE THE SAME!!! Really!!! In my understanding a latte has more carbs and more foam as well. Anyways, I bought coffee in many places in NYC and the world and definitely this is one of the top 5 worst coffee shops, I have been visited so far. NEVER AGAIN!!!

  One of my favorite places for a cup of tea, coffee and a book. It's full of surprises from the decor to the menu. Try the golden latte!

  Coffee is good, staff is very friendly, decor is funky and mostly comfortable, and it's got that mid 90's coffee house feel (think Central Perk on "Friends") I come here to do reading and it's usually busy, even mid day on a weekday. All the food seems to be vegetarian which is kind of a letdown for me, but that might be an asset to you the reader so I'm mentioning it.
