  I have some experience going to train at a few different gyms over the course of a few years on and off. I am by no means an expert in any of this stuff but I can say I have had some pretty great experiences, and I have had some pretty not great experiences. Without discrediting or disrespecting any of the great gyms I've been to in the past, I can say confidently that the UFC gym in mahopac has had the best facilities and the most accommodating, personable, invested staff and coaches that I have ever had the pleasure of working with. Truly a perfect place for anyone looking to get in shape, have fun with friends+family, become a real killer on the bag+mat, or a combination of the three. I can also say from experience for a martial arts gym, UFC mahopac has the best monthly rate I have ever paid to train, with no contracts locking you in and forcing you to stay somewhere you don't want to be, or lose a bunch of money.
