  Went in with a free day pass. People were nice. Small workout area and no locker rooms, just a couple of bathrooms and a shower room. I was the only person there for about an hour and a half so not really an issue for me. Geared more toward MMA classes and I'm usually just looking for a workout so decided it wasn't for me, but a nice place overall

  UFC has been the best workout I’ve ever had. Kickboxing class is my favorite but they also do boxing class, UFC fit which is super intense, personal training and also just have a gym to workout st your own pace. The trainers and staff are super friendly and accommodating. It’s pricey but worth it. I keep going back as much as I can!!

  best place ever... always something to do... trainers are friendly n most importantly, cool, fun and east to talk to... i enjoyed this place so much i’d stay a full 8hrs as if i worked there, lol, and i was just there training hard n all day. great place, great vibes.. sad i had to move on in life and i no longer am a member... but i recommend UFC gym Commack if u want to a good workout n some fun

  I started going to UFC Gym in Commack in July. I took a trial class with one of my best friends and instantly fell in love - I ended up signing up right away. All the instructors are extremely knowledgeable on technique and all skill levels. They're always willing to help and answer any questions you might have. The classes they offer here are challenging and push you to the max but it's really rewarding. I find myself looking forward to coming here to get my workout in. I love all the instructors here they make me feel like family!!
