::I should have checked reviews first! I went for an annual physical and had a bad experience. They claimed my insurance wouldn't cover it (confirmed the opposite with my provider), and then refused cash payment when I asked if I could just keep the appointment and pay out of pocket. They told me to come back in a few weeks when the location is an urgent care, and also recommended an urgent care nearby. I didn't want to go to an urgent care, I just wanted an annual physical, and I have limited time to take off work and go to a doctor's appointment.

::I schedule an annual check with this facility in Oct 2022. An annual check usually is covered by my insurance. And the medical office did confirm that with me before my visit. During my visit. Dr. Wu ask me if I have any health concerns, I told him pretty normal and that we run several standard tests. However, I received a medical bill of over $1000 after I got back home about a week later. I spend numerous time trying to figure out what part went wrong. The billing department told me the medical office didn't use the code for the annual check-up for my medical bill. They claim that I went there for chest pain which is not true. And I have never been contacted again by the medical office after my sole visit nor did I receive any follow-up phone call or an explanation of the test result. I made many phone calls to try to solve this billing issue, but the person in charge ( Stephanie Maldonado) seems not interested in responding to me after I made phone calls/ left a VM.

::I’m shocked at all of the 1 stars! We’ve had a great experience at the Dearborn location. My son’s pediatrician and my PCP are here and with a 1yo we are here often. Easy, friendly, speedy service. Free validated parking up to 90 minutes. Very convenient for a downtown location.

::This Doctors Office has made my life so uncomfortable/miserable do to lack of communication I was scheduled for a colonoscopy months in advance the day of my appointment it was canceled because I didn’t take the colon cleanse solution before the test. How was I suppose to know what to take? They never gave me a prescription nor advised me of any. This is clearly a Lack of communication from The Doctor to the front desk. This is a very serious matter and it should be addressed. My health is important to me now you want to reschedule me and make me wait 3 more months to get a colonoscopy for your mistake NO! Someone needs to be held accountable from the Doctor to the front desk. I need my test done I should not have to wait
