  Technician Carlos did an amazing job fixing my 27 inch iMAC here.The pricing was also extremely reasonable. I highly recommend this place and will use them again if needed.

  Had an appt to this location to fix my Samsung S9 back glass cover and despite me stating that it was a new phone just received it 4 days ago the guy insisted that he couldnt fix just the back that I also needed to fix the front glass cover because the computer diagnostics will most likely give him a water damage error which I didnt understand never dropped it in water. I refused to pay $250 for a brand new phone that only the back cover had broke. I ended up walking away and went to the Chelsea NY location to get my phone fixed with no problem. I will never go back to this location no matter how convenient it is from my home.

  The person working there, Aly, deserves a huge promotion. She was the most helpful person we have ever encountered and saved us a ton of money. Highly recommend anyone with a broken phone to come here.

  Chris, Chris, Chris.... you are my new best friend!! How is it possible that my phone is even more perfect than before? Not only were you priced at least $100 less than most other locations, but you seriously did a wonderful job. Hopefully I never crack my screen again, but if I do, I know where to go... THANKS AGAIN!!!
