  My Xbox360 had taken a tumble during a move and the screen was acting glitchy. I dropped it off and they ran a free diagnostic on it. They didn't charge me anything since they dusted it out (it is very old and was very dusty) and didn't actually open it up. I like that they didn't open it up unnecessarily and charge me money when it was just dusty. They were very kind and I will definitely be returning there for any problems I have with electronics.

  After having a computer crash, John was able to save all of my data, wipe the machine, and reload it. Certainly saved me a lot of heartache! Great customer service and very friendly!

  I was having issues with my charger staying plugged into my iphone and brought it here to see if they could fix the issue. John took a quick look at my phone and was able to diagnose and address the issue in a matter of minutes at no charge. John was very polite and helpful while explaining the issue. The inside of the store was also very clean and professional looking. I would definitely bring my phone back here if I ever have any issues again.

  Wow, Lisa and RJ are the best, took my destroyed iPhone in there and they were able to get it fixed and working flawless in less than an hour! It looks like a brand new phone. I could not be happier. Would recommend to everyone.
