::uBreakiFix took really good care of me in a Samsung warranty service for my Galaxy Note 8. The turnaround for a battery replacement was about 2 hours and the new battery seems to be lasting fine without any more concerns on that front. Bonus points for showing movies in the waiting area and I can recommend this location. The parking is little tight but I could have just been the day that I was visiting it's shared with many businesses. The one concern I have is when I asked about whether the device was still water resistant they said they followed the Samsung procedures but I would not test it. That part was definitely a little concerning and after having my phone apart sometimes the screen will just go completely back well the phone is still on and responding to touch but you cannot see anything until you can manage to reset it. Overall my service was great and will recommend them to friends in the future.

::First place First time getting a screen replaced. I was told 7 -10 days and heard back in 5!!! Quick, kind, and courteous. in honest conscience, Had to drop 1 star because the price changed without reason from drop off to pick up. increase 20$. Phone: looks good, feels good and works well. Thank you!

The honesty, cut to the chase service will have you remembering THIS is the place to come to for help. I DON'T need a new phone or a $100 battery connector. I'm getting a $5 battery and bringing back donuts! (or bunt cake which is next door, also great)
