::Dropped of my laptop. Gave me no call backs, took half a week to do diagnostics and then when they finished ordered parts to without consulting me first. Called them multiple times to find out all this information. Then they gave me a date in which it would be done and it took an extra few days after that. No communication and they just started doing repairs without consulting me on price of the time span in which it would take.

::Needed a charging port and screen replacement for Samsung Galaxy Note 8. Stephanie had my phone done much earlier than expected (about 1hr 30 min). Quick, easy, and price was same as quoted over the phone. Would definitely reccomend this uBreakiFix location.

::Leaving your iPhone on top of your car when you leave the house only to find it later in the middle of your street smashed is not a pleasant way to start the day. But... these guys fixed the problem and... very quickly! Great experience! These guys are incredibly professional and efficient. Also side note, after the repair, I also bought a glass cover protector for the phone screen and it was WAY cheaper here than the last one I bought at Verizon.

::This lot is super friendly and helpful! Tightened the screen hinge on my older laptop for free. Giving 3 stars because they accidentally detached the main disk drive from the motherboard while working on the machine. Just kind of wish they test booted it before returning it to me. It took a few hours out of my work day for me to run diagnostics on the software side before I decided to see if any hardware had been compromised. Not a huge deal but I thought it was worth noting and I hope this catches their attention.
