::I'm a freshman, classes start on the 21st, my financial aid is between institutions, I had no idea what to do. Everyone I encountered was extremely helpful, patient, and polite.

::Very over priced and they donβt even buy back the books like they said they would! Complete waste of money! Iβll be buying from companies like amazon from here on out. Never again will I spend a dime at the UAA bookstore, and if they had a better buyback system in place Iβd be buying from them every semester. Oh well... another company with unrefined business systems!

::It's like the disney world of office/school supplies.

::Beautiful campus. I stopped by and picked up a wonderful UA shirt.

::I work in customer service, so I know the difference between great and poor customer service. I'm empathetic, so I am respectful and polite when I encounter a customer service representative. When I came in to return a book, instead of getting a polite "sorry, you missed the return window" I felt like I was being reprimanded. I left and called and talked to a more polite employee who gave me helpful information. I came back and encountered, who I assume is the manager, and she was cold and disconnected. Again I felt like I was being reprimanded. I was at the counter looking at my phone when she says "when you're at the counter, it's you and me; no phone." Excuse me? Are you my mother? Do you control other people's actions? No. If I want to be on my own personal device while you're typing at a computer, I will do exactly that. Poor customer service. For the money students pay for tuition and books, we should be getting great service. The student employees are all great, they just have some poor management I guess.
